When you create an account on SitePulser, we collect your name, email address, and password (stored securely hashed). If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email, and profile picture from Google. We also collect information about the monitors you create, including URLs, hostnames, and check results.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Provide and maintain the SitePulser service
  • Send you monitoring alerts and notifications
  • Send you email verification and password reset emails
  • Respond to your support requests
  • Improve our service

3. Data Storage

Your data is stored in a secure Neon Postgres database. Monitor check results and response times are stored to provide you with historical uptime data. We retain check data for as long as your account is active.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

  • Neon — Database hosting
  • Resend — Transactional email delivery
  • Google — OAuth authentication (optional)

When you configure alert channels (Telegram, Discord, Slack), we store the webhook URLs or bot tokens you provide to send notifications on your behalf.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We only share data with the third-party services listed above as necessary to operate the service.

SitePulser uses session cookies for authentication purposes. These cookies are essential for the service to function and cannot be disabled.
